Sometimes the talent is a good-natured fault.

The first professional activities start as student (stages and small software projects) and became, at mid 1981, his first engagement in Etnoteam. He joined with them since 1986 involved into design and development of products and solutions for software engineering and, later, becoming manager for sales of advanced and innovative products and Information Technology services (education and specialized consulting).

Starting from 1987 he is part of italian launch of new Information Technology Division of Arthur Young Mangement Consulting (now Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) as North-East Area Sales Manager. His responsability moves from traditional management consulting to human resourcing training and education with focus to new technologies introducing computing capabilities into enterprise information systems development life cycle (new software engineering methodologies and CASE products).

During 1991-97 years he is part of start-up and development of Codd and Date Italia (later part of Arcadia Group) as Sales & Marketing Manager working with the local consultants pool involved into business modelling projects and around the introduction of relational archutecture to support decision support systems and mission critical information systems. DAMA Club and Punto Erre magazine are some of the most successfull marketing initiatives.

Starting from 1998 he joins Sun Microsystems Italia, as Business Development Manager, to set-up and start in Italy the new Education Consulting Business Unit targetted to the technological human resources development, to move them inside the enterprise to understand and manage the worldwide Internet changes (web, Java, Object Oriented, ...).

From March 1999 he patecipates Omnitel 2000 (later Vizzavi Italia now merged into Vodafone) project, the new multi access platform (voice recogniction system, WAP and Internet) promoted to mass-market by Omnitel Pronto Italia GSM carrier, as Business Internet Platform Manager and, later, as Business Development Manager with responsability of special projects developped cross-platforms joining strategical partners.

In the meantime, at the end of summer time, he starts-up togheter with other qualified and proved professionals, Human Interaction as part, till now, of its Strategical & Mangement Board. The target is to offer to the enterprises skills, experiences and solutions for Technology Contents and Services Delivery through the use of new media and innovative technologies.

From April 2000 he takes the hard roles of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operational Officer at ClickNest, first european example of industrial accelerator working on selection, start-up and continuos support to ideas, hi-tech projects and proved teams focused into e-Business B2B. The first developped projects include: metropolitan e-commerce solutions for consumer (Volendo.com), e-commerce transaction engines (Bizomnia.com as italian reseller of PurchasePro.com later merged into Perfect Commerce) and new vertical marketplaces (Ospitalia.com now part of Coralis).

At the end of October 2001 he is part again of the Arcadia Group as Marketing & Sales Director into the controlled Ebridge, a company focused in the Technology Delivering offering to the market up to date information leading technologies (examples of these are: Informatica, webMethods, Striva, Trillium Software, Data Advantage Group and TruSecure).

Starting from last quarter of 2003 he develops some relevant consulting projects to support marketing and sales strategies of leading innovative technology suppliers, business service providers and training and educational companies.

From March 2005 he becomes responsible of Business Development at the new office in Milan of E-ducation.it, an Italian leading company focused on production and management of educational solutions mixing instructor-led courses with IT-based training, e-learning services and also (not only) digital content designing and development for publishers and educational and training operators.
